Into the abyss of mourning
I look to the shadow's side
Search for the mystical answer
In the ancient scrolls torn by time
Where the eye cannot see
I must open my mind
To the forbidden regions
I ride into the night
And as the shadow gate, it opens
My passionate secrets are laid bare
A pendant of fire cold as ice
In my heart void of light
Take me to the night!
But to thyself, you cannot lie
A light still burns within my breast
Can we challenge all that we know?
Can you walk with shadows in tow?
The time of peace was over
The age of war was near
You try to fight your desires
But to ourselves, we cannot lie
We could be the chosen few
To spread our wings and toast to darkness
And with our word, and with our spell
Blot out the sun

What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music. Sælzer Bub

Masterful use of acoustic passages and synth stuff. This is definitely my favorite black metal-dungeon synth kinda album I've found recently. Each track flows into the next so well, I cannot recommend it enough. Perri

An outstanding Extreme doom death album, in the best tradition. The funerary atmosphere reminds of Evoken ('Centuries of ooze" bears striking similarities, for my delight). It is overall sharp, dark, hypnotic and unrelenting. One of those rare convincing new bands that hold proud the legacy of the biggest names. Bertrand Marchal
